Who runs this site?
Chat Refugees is operated by the Pogee team and links to Pogee’s web and mobile apps. We have a commercial interest in people trying Pogee. We are not Character.AI, Tipsy Chat or PolyBuzz, and this is not an official support site for those services.
How we check information
We prioritize dated official announcements and direct checks. The current Apple availability snapshot covers the original app IDs in the US, UK, Brazil and Philippines at 10:46 UTC on October 25, 2026. A missing lookup record is a limited observation, not proof of the reason, every country’s availability or a service shutdown.
Sources are linked on each guide. A reachable public homepage does not establish successful login, chat functionality or history sync. We label unverified dates and capabilities rather than filling them in.
Pages show the date of their evidence. They are not a live outage monitor. Check the original source for changes after that date.
How recommendations work
We offer a disclosed Pogee option and practical checks you can make yourself. We do not publish invented comparative scores, claim automatic imports we have not verified, or describe an App Store check as a full product test.
Your privacy on this site
The story worksheet runs in the current page. It does not upload your text, save it in browser storage or submit it to an AI model. Copying uses your device clipboard; downloading creates a text file on your device. Refreshing or closing the page clears the form.
This site adds no third-party analytics scripts or advertising cookies. The hosting provider processes normal network requests. If a link contains campaign parameters, we pass recognized UTM values to Pogee’s web link so its destination can identify the campaign. App store links use their official destinations.
Pogee and other external services have their own privacy policies and account terms. This site does not manage their accounts or subscriptions.
