Pogee is one option for character chat and interactive stories. Its public catalog includes romance and fantasy themes. This site is operated by the Pogee team, so this is a disclosed recommendation, not an independent ranking.

Pogee’s original Apple app ID returned a listing in all four regions we checked on October 25. The iOS listing specifies iOS 16.4 or later. Availability and device compatibility can change.

Use the browser to explore the public catalog, or open the official store listing for your device. Check the current price and in-app terms there. We are not claiming unlimited free chat, equivalent memory, or an automatic PolyBuzz import.

Run a five-minute comparison

  1. Write a small scene you own. Include two characters, one relationship detail and one unresolved event. Use the same brief in each service.
  2. Look at the reply style. Does the response keep the viewpoint, dialogue style and level of detail you want?
  3. Check continuity. Refer back to your relationship detail after several turns. A short trial does not establish long-term memory, but it can reveal an immediate mismatch.
  4. Check the practical limits. Read current pricing, message limits, privacy settings, device requirements and cancellation terms before subscribing.
  5. Keep a separate copy. Save your own notes even when you like the new experience.

Can I move my PolyBuzz characters and chats?

We have not verified a supported PolyBuzz-to-Pogee import. Do not treat account creation in another app as a transfer of your old chats, purchases or character library.

For your own original character, create a compact brief of personality, relationships, world rules and the next scene. The local story worksheet produces a text file you can keep and adapt manually. It does not reconstruct deleted history or make two services behave identically.
